New Office and Clarence Boutique Update

You may have noticed some changes lately (some maybe not so great) at Ferro Cosmetics, so I'd like to share our exciting news and apologize for some of our snafu's lately. First, I speak for all of us when we say we are very sorry for any inconveience you may have encountered (we have been equally as frustrated belieeeeve me!). 


So let's begin with our NEW OFFICE AND BOUTIQUE LOCATION located in Racine Wisconsin, a beautiful city on the lake.

If You live in the Chicago/Milwauki area- I invite you to come see me inside the UPUREA BOUTIQUE. Upurea is our largest Authorized Retail Center, and we have set up our office within the Upurea store next to their offices. We have had great success with Ferro Cosmetics inside Upurea, a click-n-mortar store that sells high end quality, all natural products for everything from baby to anti-aging to mens products, as well as spa products, candles, skincare, and more, both in their boutique and their online boutique at www.upurea.com! The amazing part is with so many other brands within Upurea, Ferro Cosmetics has managed to become a top seller at Upurea! So we've decided it's now time to begin supporting our growing National exposure by being located to two fabuous city's, and working along side 2 beauty guru's, Michael and Bradley the owners of Upurea. Some Snafu's along the way.....

As with most moves, not everything goes as planned, In this case, I personally moved to the areawith my 2 children, so we had a bigger load to bear (and move) in this case. Let's just say if anything could go wrong...it DID go wrong. Trailers were late, movers were late, phone transfer issues, and an entriely new system and staff had to relearn many basic day to day activities including myself. We made every attempt to have online orders move out same day, but our shipping providers changed, and doing business in now 2 states complicated things. Call it growing pains, but I was more frustrated about how nit affected our loyal customers. The good news is, we are almost 100% settled! Please be patient with us- we promise it will be worth it! 

We have so many exciting products, new colors and programs we are launching very soon, and we are eager to show you them all!

Want some secret info? Well, first off to launch are Eight brand new professional brushes we've had custom made- which will help achieve flawless looks easily and flawlessly. New fall colors for eyes, cheeks, and our most exciting launches of our 100% all natural mascara and lip colors!

We'll be a lot more active on our blog now, especially because we have a lot more to talk about! Ferro Cosmetics is Growing quickly, and we have you to thank! But we're no where near our goals, so spread the word, and keep an eye out for our customer referral programs too!

We made our Boutique open to the public while we took the time to find the right businesses to Resell Ferro Cosmetics products. Since our brand is primarily sold in fine salons and boutique's, we knew once we had enough fabulous businesses that would provide the same excellent beauty expertise we did, that we would eventually close our doors to focus on our product development and company while our Resellers provided the care and expert advise to our clients. That time came right when we decided to open an additional office outside Chicago in Racine, WI.
